Superb Customer and Automotive Service Easy to attain an appointment (one call did it all) for automotive/maintenance service. The vehicle was dropped off in the evening and picked up the next day, with all services/maintenance complied with, as outlined at the time of drop-off. At the time of drop-off, the service advisor, in a professional manner, repeated my concerns, to assure information was correct, prior to my departure. When I picked up the vehicle, the service advisor reviewed all vehicle services/maintenance that was accomplished. Note: Everything handled and accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Very competitive pricing with 'Excellent' customer service. Definitely will return for any other service/maintenance requirements that may occur. Also, will advise others to have their vehicle(s) service/maintenance accomplished at Open Road Automotive & Tire. d

Open Road always does an AMAZING Job! They never over charge. Never say you have to get this done like at Service Dept at Dealerships. And their customer experience is always above any other shop that's out there! Next time you need to take your car into the shop, give them a try!

I needed my alternator replaced and I was really worried about the cost for the parts and the labor. I came across Open Road Automotive and it was the best choice. The fellas there took care of my problem like it was nothing Thank You guys Great Place Quick and reasonable pricing I will be back.

Open Road is ALWAYS good to me. They're honest, reliable, reasonable, and personable. All boxes checked. They do good work, and they definitely put their customers first. I've never felt like they were trying to talk me into unnecessary services and they don't 'find reasons' to charge me for things or insist I get work done each time I visit. Sometimes I just stop in, like today, to say hey how is my car looking and what do I need? I've been taking my cars to them for all 6 years I've lived in Austin and I will continue to do so for as long as I live here or somewhere nearby. I no longer live as close to them as I did 6 years ago, but I will always drive the distance to support them b/c they're worth it. :). Shoutout to Patrick who remembers his customers, even though he only sees you once or twice a year. It's nice to feel like you're not a number in a deli line....NEXT! LOL.

This is the best automotive mechanic in Austin and surrounding area. About five years ago one of my clients recommended Open Road to me for car service. His recommendation was quite emphatic and I'm glad I listened. I've been patronizing them ever since and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. And now I highly recommend them to anyone who asks for a great mechanic.
